Offered rates are Net and non-commissionable.
 Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.
 Rates may change if traveling dates are changed.
 We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation and we would require 25% payment, 50% before 30 Days
and balance before 10 Days of travel date
 Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry
operations, which may incur extra charges.
 In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a
service charge of 10% of total cost of package.
 Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time
frame subject to hotel’s acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.
 The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will
change every day and sector wise.
 Hotels Check in/ Check Out time (12:00 Noon), early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and
completely on hotel’s discretion.
 All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.
 We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do
not insist us for price breakup.
